Kaylio is AI companion software, not a real person. The current beta focuses on useful continuity: approved memories you can inspect, personality traits that remain in the prompt, and clear controls when the system gets something wrong.
Eligible conversations can produce proposed memories for your review. Approved memories may be retrieved in later sessions according to your plan window; you can edit, pin, reject, or delete them at any time.
Character cards anchor personality traits, speaking style, and boundaries on each generation. This is designed to reduce drift, but model responses remain probabilistic and continuity should be evaluated over repeated sessions.
Choose from preset archetypes or build your own companion from scratch. Define their name, personality, interests, and communication style. Create a wise mentor, a playful friend, or a supportive partner — the choice is yours.
Voice playback, live calls, and generated images are paused while safety, atomic metering, provider cost, and mobile behavior are validated. They are not current beta entitlements.
Free has 30 messages per day. Core is the first paid beta plan with a finite provisional fair-use safety cap. Deep is coming after beta and is not available for checkout today.
